Cicada ramen anyone? Wednesday we did P.E. and a new teacher came to JB to watch... parese que ella va ser la nueva Sayuri.. jeje... did my regular lunch time lesson at Kumon... The whole morning had been super hot, clear, bright, and sunny. I even took my watch off so as not to get a weird tan line walking from the parking to the NISSEI building. It has been fixed that I will in fact do the Kumon event in Uto next week -- and they paid me on the spot right after I gave my proposal and my quote... woooooooheeew... so I thought it called for snob coffee-- so since I still had 45 minutes b4 having to go to JB -- defo not enough time to go home... but not so little that I had to leave right away... went to Best Denki... got ink for my printer... and popped in the WELL on the shinshigai and got two hot shirts!!!!!!!! oh yeah! The sequins are actually sewn on -- so hopefully this won't be a disposable shirt -- nor one that leaves too much evidence in the wrong places... hehehe only 1,500 yen! I think it had the wrong price tag on it, coz the other shirts like it were 4,000 yen... lucky day so far -- and then I went to Starbucks... something I can't afford (time, budget & calorie-wise) basis. When I went into the shop, it was super sunny-chan-chan and as I ordered 5 frapuchinos there was unexpected supersonic thunder and the shower-dori became just that... a freak shower. It was so weird. Nothing you could run through. I didn't have an umbrella and just ran back to my car. In two blocks of the shinshigai I got completely soaked. I mean... I couldn't have been more soaked than if I had just jumped in a pool with all my clothes on. It was taihen. Then paying for the parking was a bitch, coz the machine wouldn't take wet bills and there was no way to keep them dry as I was trying to insert them with all my mind... finallly I was able to master a skill that I will have to include in my CV from now on... luckily I had my gym clothes in the car and just changed right then and there b4 heading back to JB. Some vulture was there waiting for my spot too. I am sure they got a nice show -- but I couldn't be bothered by that time....
After lessons I went home and caught up on crap like laundry, etc... jeje... was secretly hoping that Tom would wanna hang out after his Eng lesson... but he was either really tired or is giving me pay-back for not giving him time on Mon... I was pooped though, so it was a good chance to catch up on sleep.

Thurs morning we went on a nature walk at JB. We picked up more than 100 cicada shells... Here is a new apetizing idea for ramen shops! For some reason, I don't think it will sell to well. Yummy???

 

Since we're going to camp tomorrow, I had to make up tomorrow's private during after JB morning prog today. Then we had afternoon prog & I went to the dance studio -- and ofcourse I made it to Combat! It seemed shorter today than usual... but it was jam packed and fun. Kinu came over and we burned cracked software while I cooked dinner... tomorrow we are heading to Yoshi's for summer camp... I am really looking forward to being naked in front of all the elementary school hula girls and their moms -- NOT! But aside from that... and being a responsible adult and all that... it should be lots of fun. Yei! Guess it is time to call it a night. OYASUMI under summer stars....  ¶ jueves, agosto 03, 2006
